• We produce a full renovation plan and package to make sure the investment has the maximum possible chance of being let to an International Company.
• The interior design and degree of alteration varies according to the project, as does the length and schedule of work. JML uses contractors that it has used and trusts.
• In the past 3 years alone, JML has completed over 20 major renovations at an average cost of $400,000 per job. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we rarely have more than 3 projects running consecutively to avoid loss of quality.

JML source, arrange for delivery and install all the necessary furnishings to make an apartment a 'home'. This is a matter of taste, and bearing in mind that most of JML's tenants are Ex-pats, this is the target market to which most apartments are furnished.

In most cases, we provide turnkey services on a project, the cost of which usually equates to 16%-20% of the refurbishment and furnishing budget. However, the REAL cost is lowered to below 10% since JML arranges works with suppliers to discount most of the goods required, and is able to obtain quantity pricing.
